Delete Your ASN Account

Aloha Service Network account and data deletion

You can request deletion without installing or signing into an app. ASN is operated by Charles Cody Dana. Support: coderman1818@gmail.com.

Delete within ASN

Open Account → Delete Account, enter your current password, and confirm. You can also use your website account. This is permanent. Signing out or uninstalling does not delete an account.

Provide your username and account email so we can verify ownership. Do not enter a password. We will contact you if verification is needed and explain the expected completion time and any legally required exception. This form starts a request; it does not instantly delete an account.

What deletion covers

Your account profile, login sessions, notification registrations, profile connectors, memberships, and reliably linked authored content are removed from active storage. If older records need verified ownership review, we create a support follow-up and tell you. Contact coderman1818@gmail.com for its status. Other users' independently authored content and shared community groups may remain; deletion does not remove another user's account. Limited records subject to a specific legal or safety obligation may be retained for that purpose. Routine operational/security logs expire after 30 days through cleanup. Backups, infrastructure logs, and copies held independently by recipients are handled separately; we explain relevant timing and exceptions when responding to a request. See retention details.
