Aloha Service Network Terms of Service Effective date: September 26, 2026 Version: 2026-09-26 1. Operator and agreement Aloha Service Network (ASN) is currently operated by Charles Cody Dana as a sole proprietor. In these terms, “ASN,” “we,” and “us” mean that operator. These terms cover the ASN website, iOS and Android applications, and related account, group, messaging, notification, and administrative services. By accepting these terms when creating an account, you agree to them. Contact: coderman1818@gmail.com. ASN is currently free to use. It is not currently represented as a separate LLC, nonprofit, or tax-exempt organization. 2. Eligibility and accounts ASN is intended for users in the United States who are at least 13 and meet any higher age or permission requirements applicable where they live. If you are under 18, review these terms with a parent or legal guardian and obtain any permission required by applicable law. Do not create an account if you do not meet those requirements. Provide accurate account information, use a unique password, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not impersonate anyone or use another person's account without authorization. Anyone using ASN for an organization must have authority to do so. 3. Community service platform ASN helps people find and discuss service requests, collaborations, events, giveaways, groups, and shared interests. ASN is not an emergency service, employer, professional adviser, or background-check provider. Call 911 for an immediate emergency. We do not verify users' identities, qualifications, licenses, insurance, or suitability unless we expressly state otherwise. Do not present an ASN match as a safety or professional endorsement. Independently verify qualifications and legal requirements before arranging services. 4. In-person activities and transactions Use care when meeting others, sharing a location, attending an event, or arranging work, transport, payments, or exchanges. Minors should involve a parent or guardian in these arrangements. Users are responsible for their own arrangements and complying with applicable laws; ASN is not automatically a party to them. Payments or donations between users occur outside ASN unless a clearly identified feature states otherwise. ASN does not currently charge for subscriptions or digital features. Any future paid feature will have separate advance disclosures and comply with applicable store rules. 5. Your content and permissions You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ASN a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display to its intended audience, format, and process that content only as necessary to provide, secure, and moderate the service. Private messages and private-group content are not licensed for unrelated public promotion. Separate permission is required for promotional use outside the content's intended audience. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to submit content. The license ends when the content is removed, except as needed for disclosed backup, legal, or safety retention and copies independently held by other users. Community and child-safety standards Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, exploitative, privacy-invasive, infringing, or malicious content. Scams, grooming, sexual exploitation or abuse of children, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual solicitation of minors, and sexualization of minors are prohibited. Do not coordinate harm, illegal services, unsafe activity, spam, or unauthorized access. The published Child Safety Standards at https://alohaservicenetwork.com/child-safety.html explain reporting and response. These standards apply to posts, profiles, groups, comments, messages, and AI suggestions you choose to publish. 7. Reporting, blocking, and enforcement Use the in-app reporting and blocking tools to report content or users and limit interactions. Do not send or redistribute illegal imagery when reporting; provide an ASN content identifier or link and a description. We may filter or restrict content and investigate reports, remove content, restrict or suspend accounts, preserve evidence when legally necessary, and report qualifying incidents to the appropriate authorities. We aim to respond promptly, but ASN is not an emergency reporting service and cannot guarantee that every harmful item is detected before anyone sees it. Contact us if you believe a restriction was applied in error. 8. Privacy and account deletion The Privacy Policy at https://alohaservicenetwork.com/privacy.html explains collection, use, recipients, choices, and retention. You can request account deletion within Account → Delete Account or through https://alohaservicenetwork.com/delete-account.html. We verify ownership before acting on an external request. Deletion removes the account and associated content from active storage as described on that page; other users' independently authored content and justified legal/safety records may remain. Some older records may require support to verify ownership before deletion; we create a follow-up request and notify you when this applies. Deletion is not the same as signing out or uninstalling the app. 9. AI Assist, matching, maps, and notifications AI Assist is optional. With your explicit permission for the request, ASN sends the displayed categories of input to OpenAI to generate connector suggestions. Review suggestions before applying them; they may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable. Report problematic output using the AI report control. Do not include passwords, confidential information, or personal information you do not have permission to share. You can add connectors manually without AI. Matches, maps, locations, and notifications can be incomplete or delayed; verify details before relying on them. Notification and location permissions are optional and can be managed in device or account settings. 10. Third-party providers ASN uses hosting, app-store, push-notification, mapping, and AI providers. Their services may have additional terms. ASN remains responsible for its own data-handling obligations; referring to a provider's policies does not waive your legal rights. See the Privacy Policy for the relevant data flows. 11. Service ownership and availability ASN's software, branding, and other original materials belong to its operator or licensors. Do not infringe those rights or bypass security controls. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features and will provide notices where legally required. Availability and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. No provision gives permission to interfere with others' accounts or systems. 12. Disclaimers and liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, ASN is supplied as available without a warranty of uninterrupted service or the accuracy, suitability, or safety of user content or interactions. Users remain responsible for their own conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer or children's rights. The legal effect of any limitation depends on the applicable law; these terms do not waive nonwaivable protections. 13. Disputes and changes Contact coderman1818@gmail.com to try to resolve a concern. Hawaii law applies except where mandatory law requires otherwise. These terms do not remove rights to a legally required forum or remedy. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate method, with renewed consent where required. Each published version has a fixed effective date. A future change of operator to a separate Aloha Service Network entity will be disclosed, with any legally required notice or consent. 14. App-store license and contact These service terms supplement any applicable app-store license. Apple's standard licensed application end-user agreement applies where ASN has not supplied a separately approved custom EULA.
